This family picture includes Godfrey FOSTER (kneeling, bottom left) and Edith FOSTER (front, right) but who are the others? It was taken about 1925. My theory is that they are from l to r (back) Laura BATTLEY (nee HART, Alfred ARBON, Adelaide ARBON (nee BATTLEY), Robert BATTLEY, (front), Godfrey FOSTER, Edna ARBON, Edith FOSTER.

Another mystery photo. This time the only recognizable face is Phyllis FOSTER at the back on the right. It was taken in August 1937 and might be Laura BATTLEY and her husband Robert. But who is the man who appears to be asleep?

This is Stella, a Suffolk Punch who was looked after by Godfrey FOSTER. 

They worked for Burton Sons & Sanders in Ipswich.
